If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please submit your request via the Cancellation Form if you are an EU customer. If you are located outside the EU, please send your cancellation request by email to [email protected].

In some cases, this request can be confirmed provided the purchase is made within 2 hours of the request. If your order is placed during the holiday season or during a commercial event generating high demand on our customer service department, cancellation may not be taken into account due to extended processing times.
