Is it possible to obtain a refund in the event of damaged goods at the time of delivery?Updated 7 months ago
When your order is delivered, please check with the carrier that the products are in good condition and have not been damaged in transit. However, it is normal for the shipping carton to show signs of wear.
If you notice any damage to a product after the carrier has left, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service department at [email protected].
For quick processing, please keep the box, packaging and damaged items for inspection by the carrier and take photos. Once the claim has been processed, we will, at your option, either refund your money or send you a new product.
This policy applies only to purchases made online at eu.baobabcollection.com. We are unable to process returns on purchases made in-store.
Returns of purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange in a Baobab Collection boutique or at one of our retailers.
