If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please send us an e-mail to the following address: [email protected] or submit your request via the Order Management Form.

In some cases, this request can be confirmed provided the purchase is made within 2 hours of the request. If your order is placed during the holiday season or during a commercial event generating high demand on our customer service department, cancellation may not be taken into account due to extended processing times.
