You have fourteen days from the receipt of your order to return your products.

Return costs:

• For orders within the European Union : free of charge

• For international orders (Outside the European Union): €10

Please note: We cannot accept returns for perfume diffusers and perfume refills for orders delivered outside the European Union.

Return conditions:

• Products must be returned in their original packaging (candle box, shipping carton, and crumpled paper).

• Filled diffusers and cosmetic bottles must be returned unopened and unused.

• If you received a gift as part of an offer and wish to return your order, please ensure that the gift is included in your return.

• For orders placed within the EU, access our EU return portal.

• For orders from outside the EU (including the UK and Switzerland), please use our international return portal

Please note that if this procedure is not followed and the item is damaged or broken upon arrival, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
