Within 48 hours of confirming your order, your parcel will be dispatched by the chosen carrier.

Once your order has been picked up, you will receive an email with all delivery stages and an estimated delivery date.

You can also track your shipment online:

• For Belgium, France, and the Netherlands, track your order here

• For all other countries, track your order here

On the tracking page, click “Track my order” at the bottom of the main page. You can choose to search by email or search by tracking number. A new page will display your order details, shipment status, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
