How can I track the delivery of my order?Updated 7 months ago
Within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation of your order, the parcel will be dispatched by the chosen carrier.
Once the carrier has picked up your order, an e-mail will be sent to you with details of all the delivery stages and an estimated delivery date.
You can also track the status of your shipment via our dedicated website page. At the very bottom of the main page, click on “track my order”, and you'll be able to choose between “search by e-mail” or “search by tracking number”. A new page will be displayed, showing the details of your order, the status of your shipment, the tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
