What happens if the carrier loses the parcel?Updated 7 months ago
We invite you to contact our customer service department if the parcel is considered delivered but you have not received it, or if the parcel appears not to have been in motion for at least 5 working days. We will open an investigation with the carrier in order to locate the parcel.
Following this procedure, we will indicate the exact location of the parcel if it is relocated. If not, we offer a refund or the return of the product if it is available in our stock.
