Which countries do you deliver your products to?

Our online store eu.baobabcollection.com ships to Europe only. To ship to the U.S. or Canada, please visit our U.S. store at us.baobabcollection.com.

Are there any shipping restrictions to the United Kingdom?

Due to shipping restrictions to the United Kingdom, our lighters and matches cannot be shipped.

What delivery options are available?

By default, orders are delivered to the address of your choice (home).

What are the delivery costs and times?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (working days and excluding public holidays). Once this time has elapsed, please allow between 2 and 8 working days for deliveries throughout Europe. Delivery is free for orders over €150 - £150 for the UK.

How do I enter my delivery details?

Once you have validated your basket and logged in to your customer account, you can enter your delivery and billing address.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation of your order, the parcel will be dispatched by the chosen carrier. Once the carrier has picked up your order, an e-mail will be sent to you with details of all the delivery stages and an estimated delivery date.

What happens if the carrier loses the parcel?

We invite you to contact our customer service department if the parcel is considered delivered but you have not received it, or if the parcel appears not to have been in motion for at least 5 working days. We will open an investigation with the carri
