Create a Baobab Collection account
Create your Baobab Collection account to receive our e-newsletters, add products to your wishlist or track your orders. To create a customer account, follow the steps below:
Login to my account
To log in to your customer account, click on the customer account icon in the top right-hand corner of the home page on your computer, or on the menu on your smartphone. Enter your email address and password, then confirm.
Manage my delivery addresses
You can save your delivery address, so you don't have to enter it every time you place an order. To do so, go to your customer account and click on “View addresses”.
I've forgotten my password
If you've forgotten your password or can't log in to your account, we invite you to change your password. Here are the steps to follow:. You will then receive an email allowing you to reset your password and log in.
Change my password & personal information
To change your password, go to “my account”, “my information” and click on the “change” button below your e-mail address. You can also modify or delete your personal information, such as your date of birth, telephone number, etc.
