The flames on my candle are very small and the wicks seem to be drowning. What can I do about this?Updated 7 months ago
There may be many reasons for this:
- When the wax surface is almost completely liquid, the flames may shrink for 1 to 2 hours before returning to a burning equilibrium.
- When only a few centimeters of wax remain in your candle, the air supply is weaker. Extinguish your candle and relight it at least fifteen minutes later. The flames will regain their vigor.
If the candle was not purchased on our official website, please contact the store or merchant where the candle was purchased.
